Samuel has been a great real estate agent Because he took the time to know me he took the time to look at several properties which we did over a span of several weeks. Also Samuel gave me options in terms of lenders, I kept wanting a bank on property one that I could fix and possibly sell in the future but I also wanted to live in it. Many realtors did not get me that chance many realtors kept telling me 1st time home buyer 1st time home buyer over and over again, Samuel was only realtor that gave me options and lenders.
